Yellow-Brown or rust-colored deposits on the anterior lens surface
Cataract – rust-colored subcapsular cataract

Iron may be seen as irregular, scattered, black blotches resembling malignant melanoma.
IOP
Secondary glaucoma due to iron accumulation in the trabecular meshwork
FELLOW EYE
The cornea may show opacities due to previous FB removals.
ANCILLARY TESTING:
ERG – decrease in b-wave amplitude.
